The Physics of Divine Assistance

Here's another poem inspired by
Baha'u'llah. It's called The Physics of Divine Assistance

You are the mender of broken-winged birds meant to

fly but frequently falling from the Heaven of Your


I’m afraid to try and fall again

You lift my bruised ego back into the nest of

nearness guiding me to all those truths I

couldn’t bear before wrapped in your healing

wings pressed close to Your chest I hear the rhythm

of revelation beating patterns of world peace

through imperfect instruments whose mistakes

make possible the miracle of God’s message

moving mountains in spite of us

You push me toward the edge of my fear and over

it into awareness of Divine Assistance a

flight that can only come through
