You articulated the symptoms of the disease - though I think you omitted several important symptoms: black males not taking responsibility for their offspring, and kids having kids.<br /><br />Perhaps the worst symptom of the disease is the blame game - the individual not assuming personal responsibility for his/her actions. That has spread through every part of our US culture, no one color or nationality is free of it.
