As someone who has stood below soaring birds with a camera and has a big collection of empty sky and empty sky with wingtip on the edge photos, I really appreciate this sort of picture.<br /><br />I find the fast a time when I realize things about myself that help me develop. I supose that is one of the benefits we can derive from it. <br /><br />On the physical side, I don&#39;t know if it is a coincidence, as I have probably had a healthier year than the last couple of years, but I have found cranberry and pomegranate juice the best thing in the morning and have felt less dehydrated than in previous years.<br /><br />You have reminded me that I should read more from Shogi Effendi. I find his style so much harder to read and digest than the writings of Bahá&#39;u&#39;lláh and Abdul-Bahá.
