This reminds me of a quotation I found recently, when I was researching meditation, so maybe not quite the right context but beautifully put (as always with Abdu'l-Baha):

"Bahá'u'lláh says there is a sign (from God) in every phenomenon: the sign of the intellect is contemplation and the sign of contemplation is silence, because it is impossible for a man to do two things at one time -- he cannot both speak and meditate."

I sometimes think if I were not so fast to rush in with my opinion then the people I am speaking to may develop some curiosity as to what it is and take more interest in it, if they have to ask. I am working on that one too.
